I think RK will have more to say since this was his presentation.
My two cents, I enjoyed it! It's always great when people are speaking honestly and openly about the library field. I really liked that we were able to submit questions! Perhaps next year we can submit ahead of time - maybe through calix?
Some great topics included - communication gaps (from top to bottom), privatized libraries, diversity in the library field, should MLIS be required, should pay be equal for non MLIS holders, how to get a job supervising with no supervisory experience.
Valuable topics - each could probably be their own session!
RK (as usual) was fantastic and handled each question like a pro! Including the frequent commentators from the audience.
