What It Takes to Be
the Craft Champion?

Presenters did a quick show and tell of crafts which could be geared for
tweens to adults. I thought they should have found gearedtweens to adults. Here is the Pinterest
site with the some of the crafts they showed at the presentation:
The crafts with sun printing and
recycled book art crafts were really neat.
The size of the room proved to be a hindrance to enjoying the viewing of
the Chopped style challenges which took 15 min. of the 45 min. program. Based
on the Chopped show on Food Network, 3 audience members were given a bag of
items to create a project in 5 minutes. They did 3 rounds of this activity
which I didn’t enjoy because the set up of the room prevented most of the
audience from seeing what they were doing.
